11th: Llandaff Society Remembrance Ceremony at The Cathedral Green.  Assemble at 10.45am.

22nd: Llandaff 50+ and Llandaff Society present ‘Cardiff Castle and the Marquesses of Bute’ by Matthew Williams.  In the Memorial Hall at 7pm.  Tickets £5, all proceeds to the High Street Christmas Lights and Llandaff 50+ at The Pound, available from K2 coffee house and .  Refreshments provided.

27th: The High Street Christmas Lights will be switched on at 7pm, but the fun begins at 6pm. Come early to enjoy music from Ysgol Pencae and Howell’s School Choirs, and the Cathedral School Brass Ensemble.  Gift and coffee shops will stay open late for seasonal refreshmens.

29th: Llandaff Society presents ‘The Secret History of Early Sports in Cardiff and Llandaff’ with Dr Andrew Hignell of Glamorgan CCC.  In the Memorial Hall at 7pm.  Entry £2 members, £3 non-members.  Refreshments provided.

29th: Tenovus Cancer Care presents ‘Cardiff Lovelight’ a Christmas Concert at Llandaff Cathedral to support those affected by cancer, and remember loved ones.  7pm start.  Hosted by Wynne Evans, performances by Sing with Us Cardiff North Choir, Howell’s Girl School Choir, Cwmbran Deaf Choir.  Tickets £12 from 029 2976 8863 or the Tenovus website

The Llandaff Rock Choir rehearses at 8-9.30pm on Monday nights at Howell’s School
